Job description

Objectives and responsibility

  • Achievement of planned sales and company targets
  • Continuous market and target group-oriented alignment of sales activities in the Netherlands in accordance with the sales management's specifications

Tasks of the position:

  • Responsibility for the account management of our customers in the entire Netherlands as sales representative working at customers
  • Proactive establishment, maintenance and strategic development of customer relationships
  • Intensive market observation and passing on feedback as well as deriving sales activities
  • Conducting active consulting and sales talks
  • Analyzing and evaluating our customers' business processes and needs
  • Creating customer development plans and deriving sales opportunities
  • Preparing and representing our company at trade fairs and conferences

Job requirements

  • We are looking for a motivated sales professional with an affinity for software sales
  • A degree in sales, business management, business administration or comparable training is desirable
  • Several years of professional experience in sales required (at least 3-5 years of successful sales history with proven track record)
  • Industry experience in the IT or construction industry is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and assertiveness
  • Sales affinity, high motivation and goal orientation
  • Structured, conscientious and precise way of working
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team
  • Very good knowledge of MS applications (knowledge of MS Power BI and MS Dynamics CRM an advantage), use of Salesforce-CRM is planned
  • Very good written and spoken Netherlands language skills for customer contact, as an international company we also communicate internally in English.
