Job description

The successful candidate has a strong ability to analyze market opportunities, plan marketing tactics, and drive the implementation of marketing efforts. You have a passion for connecting with and understanding customers and can synthesize this information to define target personas. You also have a strong desire to test new marketing approaches, bringing both creativity and strong analytical skills. Your creativity, customer focus, attention to detail and drive for results will be critical to your success in this role. You will work in the team providing marketing services for the combined team of ALLPLAN, SCIA and FRILO.

  • Increase webshop/site traffic and conversion to drive performance lifts in lead gen and sales
  • Own our E-com (subscription) channels and optimize “shopping” experience across the customer journey
  • Setup annual and quarterly multi-channel marketing campaigns, lead generation, demand creation programs
  • Measure and report on effectiveness of campaigns (engagement, leads, pipeline, opportunities) with the purpose of improving resource allocation, optimization, efficiency (ROI), revenue generation
  • Focus on the buyer’s journey and deploy the right programmatic and account-specific tactical mix to deliver the right content at the right time with a focus on customer acquisition
  • Evaluate, select and manage vendors that contribute to local demand creation programs including agencies, direct mail providers, and fulfillment services
  • Support tracking and analyzing website traffic and digital program effectiveness to determine ROI and prioritize resources
  • Build internal and external advocacy in collaboration with content and social media to grow content engagement across brand publishing
  • Develop profiles of key buyers including demographics, attitudes, motivations and business functions

Job requirements

Qualifications & requirements:

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, as well you have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in e-commerce marketing.
  • High-level of fluency in spoken and written English. German, French or Dutch are a plus
  • Experienced in developing and executing demand generation campaigns.
  • Experienced in working with a variety of marketing technical systems, including marketing automation tools (knowledge of Marketo is a plus) and CRM, PowerBI
  • Proficiency in web and data analytics and reporting platforms such as GA4
  • Knowledge of B2B sales cycle and how to identify opportunities to maximize demand creation, pipeline contribution and sales opportunity acceleration.
  • Excellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to get the job done
  • Passion for understanding audiences and the ability to translate these insights into highly effective campaigns and workflows.
